Kate Sikora releases ‘Aparto’ EP

Independent songwriter Kate Sikora has released Aparto, an EP through the Phantom Signals label.

Recorded while in Japan last year, Aparto features six original songs from Sikora including the surprising energy of “Circle In A Rectangle” and the soft sway of “Cocoon” and is available as both a digital download and strangely enough, on cassette as well.

Aparto can also be streamed at the official Phantom Signals site.

Look for Kate Sikora to open for Liz Phair at Maxwell’s in Hoboken, New Jersey on December 12, 2010.
